Eric Baucom, Broker/Owner
Janet Baucom, Office Manager
Eric and Janet have been residents of Ventura County for over 35 years. Eric has been working as a Realtor® since 1999. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
Before joining Eric at Coastlands Group, Janet worked at Amgen, as a Compensation Manager, and as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist, in addition to owning her own consulting triaining and conuslting business. Janet also served on staff at Ventura Missionary Church as the Groups Director. Janet has a Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master's Degree from Cal State Northridge.
Eric and Janet have been married for over 35 years and they have three adult children. Eric is involved with the missions program at Ventura Missionary Church. He continues to provide leadership for the Songhai project, bringing medical care and clean water to an unreached people group in Nigeria. If he is not at work, church or home, you might find him outdoors with his camera taking landscape photos or riding his road bike. Janet has also served in a variety of ministries at Ventura Missionary Church and has participated in several missions trips to both Mexico and Haiti to serve in orphan care. In her free time, Janet loves the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Together, they have founded Project Bicycle Love, a non-profit organization that provides bike and helmets to kids in the local foster care system.

Tim has over 40 years of experience in the local Ventura County real estate market. He has spent that past 14 years at RE/MAX Gold Coast in Ventura and we are thrilled to have him on the Coastlands Team.

Nick Lilly, Sales Associate, #02065499
Nick has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and joined the Coastlands Team in 2020.
Nick was born and raised in Ventura playing hockey, sailing, and surfing. He attended Buena High School and Ventura College and has education in accounting and Real Estate investing. He worked at a local surfboard factory for 10 years helping build high quality boards for people who love surfing.
He has an amazing wife, Alex, who owns a professional home staging business called Alexandra Lilly Interiors - Home Staging. He is passionate about helping first time buyers get into ownership, helping people achieve their investment goals in real estate, and helping families get into their dream home.
